If you have an emergency, please do not hesitate to phone us on 524 6415. We will be able to advise you on what to do, prior to and while bringing your pet into the clinic. It also allows us to prepare and be ready for your arrival, so that your pet can be promptly attended to.

When speaking to us, please state the type of emergency, for example :

If it is outside our normal clinic hours, our telephone message will recommend an emergency contact phone number.

Remember when dealing with an emergency to always STOP and THINK about the danger to yourself, to those around you and to the animal. Take a few moments to calm down and assess the situation before acting.
